Henriette has extensive experience in recommender, (ro)bot and voice product and research. As a director at Spotify, she led the company’s Responsible AI strategy, including AI policy and risk assessments, and built out Trust & Safety data science.

She prior lead data and research for Spotify voice, delivered at-scale instrumentation and metrics at Yahoo, and conducted research at the Swedish Institute of Computer Science and University of Amsterdam. She has 10 patents, 70+ research publications, and a PhD focused on Trust in AI. 

With 20 years+ of experience, Mike specializes in leading cross-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative product strategies and designs for emerging AI and IoT.

His work reduces risk, and fosters conversations and community across disciplines. He led product strategy for MLCommons’ AILuminate, an industry-leading AI risk benchmark, directed an AI and neuroscience R&D lab at Accenture Labs, led design at Xerox PARC, and has founded several companies.

Ella Genasci Smith is a policy leader with expertise spanning platform integrity, market and product risk, AI, and cybersecurity policy.

Ella spent eight years at Spotify, where she helped build the Trust and Safety team and led Spotify's market strategy for new product launches. Most recently, she served as a Legislative Fellow on Capitol Hill, on issues including AI, cybersecurity, and content provenance. Ella is currently completing her Master's at Stanford University in International Policy with a focus on cyber policy and security.
